Around the Network

As always, there is good stuff out there among our bloggers. If you want to find some of it yourself, click “Blogs in the Network” up top and do a little exploring. Here’s some good stuff that I’ve found.
Adelani Aderemi from Christ’s Ambassador tells a fascinating story of conversion and slow redemption from cultural captivity. Note: This story is from another culture. They, like all of us, have created their own reality. You cannot judge this story by Western standards. It’s called, “The Testimony of an Herbalist’s Son.”
Al Hus wonders if the megachurch movement can survive the rapid way cities and neighborhoods transition these days. These top-heavy churches seem so solid, but their dependency on a constantly changing base of members may be their undoing.
Mark Roberts writes a multi-part series on the current controversy in the Presbyterian Church regarding homosexuality.
And finally, our own Marcus Goodyear has a little confession to make.

Great list of stuff, Gordon! This post is a good example of the variety of ways people in the network wrestle through what it looks like to glorify God in their daily work.
As I type this I can see the “Recent Comments” showing up there in the sidebar. Man, am I loving the new site!
Why can’t I sign in to highcallingblogs.com? My blog is listed (Stepping into the Light) and I have a confirmation email from June or July telling me I’ve registered. However, when I try to sign in, I get a message that says my UserID and password don’t exist in the system and to remember that my sign-in for highcalling.org and my sign-in for highcallingblogs.com are not the same. I checked the confirmation email I received in June or July and it does say that I’m registered with highcalling.org, but I’ve never been there, and as I said above, my blog is listed on your site. When I try to get a new password, I get a message that my email address (at which I received your confirmation) is not in your system. When I try to join all over again, I get a message saying that I’m already registered. Help!
