My son was his class’ “Person of the Week” this week, which required him to fill out a short questionnaire about his likes, dislikes, and aspirations.  “What do you want to be when you grow up?” “A writer.”
Sigh!  Swoon!  I swear I never telegraphed that response, but I can’t help being fetched by it.
