A Different Street

Family duties call me away for a couple of weeks, but a dear friend has kindly agreed to guest-blog in my absence.  The nearest thing I know to a true Renaissance man, excentricbahhumbug is an artist in many media, electronic musician, software QA guru, poet, gardener, and tirelessly curious observer.  When we worked together at a Silicon Valley startup, I relied on excentricbahhumbug’s perspective to explain the otherwise inexplicable.  I’ve given him free rein, so expect some eccentricity and some bah-humbugging — but don’t overlook the soft center!
