The not so subliminal effect of Pavlovian conditioning, and changing the subject to one that I would rant about, Secret Service wants an extra hundred million for projection tasks of the Presidential, and soon Vice Presidential candidates… yes they are probably at risk, but should citizens be paying for this? Would selection processes, and running process change if candidates or parties had to pay for their own private security… freeing up several hundreds of millions for other other tasks like inner city crime, organized cyber crime…
